We joined the Cosmetic Redress Scheme so that all of our clients can have peace of mind that we will give them the very best service possible and that if anyone is not satisfied with the service we provide the matter will be resolved in a professional, fair and timely manner. The Cosmetic Redress Scheme is a new scheme that was designed exclusively for the cosmetic industry to provide customers with the assurance that they will be treated with fairness and dignity.
The scheme has a panel of independent industry experts who provide both guidance and scrutiny for the Cosmetic Redress Scheme to make sure the scheme is working in the interest of all parties, the best it can.
