Uses HIFEM (high intensity focused electromagnetic energy) to stimulate the equivalent of 20,000 muscle contractions in the treatment area per 30-minute session, plus radiofrequency to remove fat at the same time.

Think of it as body shaping.

Areas it can treat are the arms, abdomen, buttocks, thighs, and calves.  

The number of sessions recommended is a course of 6. 

Recovery time? Not necessary. You can continue your usual activities immediately, including working out. 

Is it painful after? You may feel like you’ve done a workout the next day but, thanks to a pre-programmed part of the treatment, you will not feel discomfort relative to the 20,000 muscle contractions. Phew! 

Tell me a fun fact about Emsculpt neo… Vogue reported that JLO swears by the Emsculpt Neo ‘butt lift’ to keep her looking incredible in her 50s. In fact, this treatment is HUGE across the board in the US; from pro athletes to regular Jos.

Fat freezing 

Works on removing fat.

Uses cryolipolysis. 

Think of it as fat freezing.

Areas Cristal can treat are the thighs, knees, saddlebags, love handles, arms, and abdomen.   

The number of sessions recommended is one hour-long session per area. No course is necessary, but you can have more if you decide to further boost your fat freezing results. 

Recovery time? Not necessary. You can continue your usual activities immediately. 

Is it painful after? Most clients at our fat freeze clinic feel a little ‘tender’ in the treated area the next day and possibly a few days after. This is usually mild and not reported to be ‘painful’. 

Tell me a fun fact about fat freezing… Probably the most well-marketed fat freezing device is Coolsculpt which uses medical-grade cryolipolysis. At our fat freezing clinic, we use Cristal which also uses medical-grade cryolipolysis; the reason we chose Cristal over Coolsculpt was that it was a better price point, which could be passed on to our clients.
