We’re very touched that so many thoughtful clients have been keeping in contact with us since the lockdown. We have loved hearing from you all and this has really brightened our days. We do miss seeing you and having our chats but let’s hope that we will soon be able to open the clinic again and resume our treatment schedule.
We know that treatments may not be on everyone’s minds right now, but we want to make you aware of the plans we have for the clinic’s relaunch so that when the time is right, you can book an appointment for your treatment. With many of you asking us to contact you with details of when we’re planning to re-open, we thought it would be a good idea to give you the opportunity to join our priority list.
We have kept a priority list of clients whose treatments had to be cancelled from our diary as a result of lockdown and we will contact you as a priority when we’re a little bit more knowledgeable about when we can reopen and book you in.
We will try to accommodate you and your appointment as best as we possibly can. When the clinic reopens, please be assured that we will still be implementing an exemplary standard of cleanliness and sanitisation and therefore we will space appointments accordingly so that clients are not in the waiting areas at the same time. We will also be factoring in extra time between appointments to perform our COVID cleaning routine. Staff and client safety is, and will continue to be, our priority. As a result, there will be less appointment slots available and going by the requests we’ve already had from clients, we anticipate a high demand for these; therefore if you have a treatment you wish to start as soon as safety will allow, do contact us to be on this list as soon as possible. Details are below.
Additionally, if you are an existing client and have had a consultation with us previously, you may be interested to know that we will soon be offering Zoom sessions to have a catch up with you about your skin and discuss what treatments you would like to plan for the future. Let’s make the most of this time!
If you would like to be included on our priority list, please send us an email to email@example.com and include:
Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
Take care. Stay safe and well,
Jane, Kerri and all the team
