Clear and Brilliant laser treatments work by creating millions of microscopic treatment areas in your skin, allowing your damaged skin cells to be replaced with new healthy skin tissue with a youthful glow; your damaged skin is refined and refreshed from the inside out. Microscopic Treatment Zones

Depending on your concern, treatment can be a single session, however, results are accumulative and after each consecutive treatment, your results can become more significant and noticeable. Results are progressive; you are unlikely to notice immediate results from the treatment however in the days following your treatment, your skin can start to look brighter, more refined, feel softer and show a more even tone and texture.

Will I need to take time off work after having the Clear and Brilliant laser treatment?

In our experience, no. We do advise that when you have this cosmetic procedure for the first time, plan it for when you don’t have any social or work commitments the next day so that you can better understand how your skin tone recovers without any pressure or anxiety about it your recovery.

How frequently can I have repeat Clear and Brilliant treatments?

Usually, the minimum time we recommend between treatment sessions is a month. Your practitioner will assess your skin and your needs and make an individual recommendation for you.

Are there any skin tone side effects to the Clear and Brilliant treatment?

Clear + Brilliant has a great safety profile and at The Skin, to Love Clinic we are able to draw upon a huge wealth of expertise and experience as one of our practitioners is the trainer to other medical practitioners using this laser in the UK and Europe.

Consultations are an important part of the treatment process in allowing you to understand the treatment and to establish if the benefits of the treatment are outweighed by any possible side effects.

During a skin consultation, your concerns will be assessed. Your medical practitioner will be able to discuss whether this treatment is appropriate for you, as well as any suitable alternative treatments.

Your practitioner will discuss any possible side effects, questions you may have and any aftercare you should adhere to prior to you having laser treatments.

I’m looking for dramatic correction for my signs of ageing, is this Clear and Brilliant right for me?

We will be able to give you specific advice during your consultation, however, if you have very sun-damaged, loose skin and/or have other advanced signs of ageing such as deep wrinkles there may be alternative treatments for you such as Fraxel, Thermage CPT, Wrinkle Relaxing Injections, Dermal Fillers and the Thread Lift treatment.

You may need more than one treatment of Clear + Brilliant to achieve your results. You and your practitioner will create a skin condition treatment plan which may include using this treatment alongside other cosmetic procedures.

Am I too young for the Clear and Brilliant treatment?

This treatment is easily incorporated into your current personalized treatment regimen and lifestyle so patients often use this gentle laser treatment to boost at-home skincare efforts, maintain their skin and help prevent signs of ageing.

If your skin doesn’t need much correction, you have or are planning to take the basic steps to keep your skin looking its best, and you like the way you look now, Clear + Brilliant can help maintain your skin’s youthful appearance and prevent the early signs of ageing.

There is no reason why those in their 20s and 30s shouldn’t consider this treatment as a preventative treatment and maintain and improve healthy skin.
