During a usual workout, we only ever use 35% of our muscle because we’ve evolved for endurance. During your usual workouts, your brain sends a signal to the motor neuron junction instructing it to lift or push or whatever the required movement is and effectively fires an electrical impulse into 35% of your muscle fibers to get it to perform this action.

The Emsculpt Neo overrides this limitation and uses 100% of your muscle fibers.
