Jane started her nursing career in 1979 and moved into the private sector in 1986, gaining extensive experience in plastic surgery and dermatology; notably she was the Development Director for a large national chain of cosmetic clinics for fifteen years and the Director of Clinical Training for an international medical device company, which involved training doctors and surgeons across the globe.

Jane’s straight-talking advice has made her a sought-after expert appearing on television programmes such as Ten Years Younger and Embarrassing Illnesses, as well as writing articles for well-respected publications such as the Aesthetics Journal. She is extremely popular with our patients because of her honest advice and vast wealth of knowledge teamed with her empathetic and caring nature.

Jane is the CQC registered manager.

After graduating from the prestigious Champneys College of Health and Beauty in 2006, Kerri went on to work at various award-winning 5 star spas boasting a high-profile, celebrity clientele; this helped set her high expectations of client care and clinical standards adhered to at The Skin to Love Clinic.

Kerri understands how much of a psychological impact feeling good about yourself has and this drives her to find the right treatment solution for each patient. She has a passion for providing the best possible service for every single one the clinic’s patients from their first point of contact with us, all the way through their journey, be it long or short; this focus and commitment culminated in her winning the SME Young Business Person of The Year award in 2017 and the Business Woman of the Year award in 2018.

Health, wellbeing, and self-care are three matters that Natalia has a particular interest in; having gained years of experience and knowledge in various medical healthcare settings, this mindset led Natalia to the medical-aesthetics industry.

After completing her Nurse Prescribing postgraduate course, she excelled in her chosen specialism and became a trainer, assessor, and mentor for a leading UK aesthetic training provider, passing on her vast knowledge and skills in injectable treatments to doctors and nurses wanting to train.

Having helped patients of a variety of ages, Natalia indorses an individualised approach to treatment planning for our patients, after all no two people are the same, and promotes natural-looking results; her many client reviews and feedback are testament to this.

Natalia is the lead medical practitioner for our Melasma clinic, as well as for our National Medical Weight Loss Programme. Her friendly, informative, highly professional demeanour, alongside her advanced skills, focus on client care, and an aspiration to make our clients feel and look their best makes her an invaluable asset to the Clinic and our clients.

Dublin-born Emma moved to the UK in 1997 to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse, a career which professionally began in 2001.

During her studies Emma realised that she had a natural passion for surgical theatre and, once qualified, Theatre Nurse was her role of choice. After experiencing many different specialisms, Emma found herself gravitating towards the field of dermatology.

Working-life did not signal the end of Emma’s academic career, however. After gaining her RGN in 2005, Emma became a Certified Surgical Assistant in 2010; an Independent Nurse Prescriber (INP) in 2011; in 2015, she travelled to Canada to become certified in Fundamentals and Clinical Application of IV Therapy; and finally achieved her Master of Science Degree in Dermatology Skills and Treatment in 2019.

Throughout Emma’s career she has been fortunate enough to be supported by and work alongside some of the best Dermatologists and Cosmetic Consultants in Facial Plastics and reconstructive surgery and Aesthetic Medicine in the UK. This noteworthy exposure helped to accelerate Emma’s career progression and skills in Dermatology, in particular minor skin surgery.

Since 2016, Emma has performed thousands of skin surgeries, both in the NHS and private settings, and brings her enormous wealth of knowledge, experience, and unmistakeable passion for skin health to The Skin to Love Clinic.

With an exciting and varied medical background, Stuart started his early medical career as a Nurse and Registered Paramedic for the Ambulance Service, later becoming the Head of Clinical Practice for a CQC registered company that provides healthcare in justice environments, such as prisons and police custodies.

Throughout Stuarts career there has been a running theme; ensuring the care that he gives his patients is delivered to the highest possible standard and in accordance to best practice.

Having a keen personal interest in health and exercise, Stuart’s professional interest turned towards aesthetic-medicine and how this specialism can not only improve skin health, but also positively impact the mental health of his patients. Since this time, Stuart has performed a large volume of injectable treatments, with a natural-looking approach that is well aligned to the Skin to Love ethos.

We are pleased to bring Stuart’s reassuring and caring nature, alongside his dedication to safe practice, to our clients.

Joanne is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber with a background in both surgical nursing and advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Having started her nursing career in 2010, she has worked in major hospitals across the UK and Australia, including specialist roles in plastic surgery, ENT, and urology, before transitioning into medical aesthetics.

Alongside her clinical work, Joanne has trained other medical professionals in safe injectable techniques and aesthetic protocols, having worked as a Clinical Educator at one of the UK’s largest aesthetic clinic groups. She continues to stay at the forefront of the field through regular training with leading pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics companies.

With extensive experience in injectables, skin health, and holistic treatment planning, Joanne takes a thoughtful, measured approach to helping clients feel more like themselves again, particularly those navigating changes after having children, during menopause, or through the natural ageing process.

Nurse Joanne is known for her calm, reassuring presence and her focus on natural-looking, subtle results. She believes that aesthetics should never change who you are, but instead help you feel more radiant, empowered, and comfortable in your skin. Her patients often comment on how understood and supported they feel throughout their journey with her.

Passionate and committed to giving every one of her clients a five-star experience, Nikki’s attention to detail, a wealth of knowledge and adoration for skincare has earned her excellent customer feedback from our patients and makes her a perfect fit for The Skin to Love Clinic.

Nikki developed an interest in the world of beauty and aesthetics at a young age and, since entering the industry in 2014, has been led by patient safety, comfort, and treatment quality.

Having previously held managerial and senior therapy roles, Nikki has furthered her qualifications and taken advanced courses in both laser treatments and medical-grade facial treatments in her quest to help every client feel comfortable in their own skin.

With decades of customer service experience, most notably as a pharmacy healthcare assistant, Morag delights in getting to know our patients both in person and over-the-phone.

Morag’s kind and calming manner alongside her commitment to our patients and desire for everyone to have a smooth and efficient journey with The Skin to Love Clinic is at the heart of everything she does, from assisting patients with finance options to booking in your consultation.

Qualifying as a Beauty Therapist in 1992 in her home county, Hampshire, Lara hit the ground running and set up her own business offering beauty treatments such as hair removal, facials and massage. This allowed her the opportunity to give a very personable, one-to-one service which resulted in a loyal following of clients. After moving to St. Albans, Lara went to work for the famous spa at Sopwell House Hotel where she was trained in five-star treatments and products and became the ‘number 2’ head therapist.

After starting a family, Lara moved into the recruitment industry and worked for many years as the Admin Manager/PA to the company’s Operations Director. She eventually moved roles and started work within the Children’s Centre where, for over 10 years, she worked with perinatal families; teaching baby massage to over 1,000 families and providing breast feeding support to new parents, alongside general administrative duties.

Lara brings to the Clinic a wealth of experience and skills. Her empathetic, caring and meticulous nature allows her to offer a warm and thorough service to the Clinic’s patients.

Lorna brings a wealth of experience to her Front of House and Administrative role, combining an exceptional eye for organisation with a warm, welcoming personality that puts people instantly at ease.

Before joining the clinic, Lorna successfully ran her own dance school for 20 years; a role that saw her manage everything from safeguarding to customer service. This hands-on experience has given her an outstanding ability to juggle logistics with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Her background also includes roles in retail, education, and the beauty industry, where she further honed her strengths in customer service, event coordination, and problem-solving. Lorna is known for her positive, can-do attitude and her ability to make clients feel genuinely seen and supported, whether they’re visiting for the first time or are long-standing members of the Skin to Love community.

With a deep understanding of what it means to create a truly welcoming space, Lorna plays a key role in ensuring every client experience is smooth, professional, and supportive from the moment you walk through the door.

With a decade of experience in medical secretarial and clinic administration roles across Denmark and the UK, Elisabeth understands what it takes to keep a patient’s journey running smoothly, from that first phone call through to the day of treatment.

Elisabeth began her career training as a Medical Secretary Intern at a regional hospital in Denmark, before moving into a role supporting the Plastic Surgery, Breast Surgery and Burns departments at a specialist university hospital in Copenhagen. Working across these clinically sensitive specialisms means Elisabeth is well practised in handling patient documentation and correspondence with the accuracy and discretion that these kinds of treatments call for, so you can trust your own records and communications are being handled with the same level of care.

She went on to further this experience in a private hospital group in the UK, spending three years managing patient records, correspondence and scheduling within a regulated clinical setting, before combining the roles of Clinic Manager and Concierge for a shared private medical building. There, she took end-to-end responsibility for front of house, patient coordination and day-to-day operations, meaning she’s used to anticipating what a patient needs at each stage of their visit, from booking through to arrival.

That breadth of experience, across both regulated healthcare settings and hands-on clinic management, means Elisabeth brings a genuinely dependable presence to your visits at The Skin to Love Clinic: someone who understands how much patient records, data protection and a well-run front desk contribute to feeling looked after from the moment you get in touch.
