A youthful face is widest at your cheekbones and tapers off towards your chin; this is often referred to as the triangle of youth. As we age, this triangle inverts, with our skin and underlying tissue dropping, making the lower half of our face look wider, heavier, and saggy; in the dermatology world, this facial change is called the pyramid of age.
With the Skin to Love SculptLift, we’re helping to tip the balance of your face away from the ‘pyramid of age’ shape, and back towards the triangle of youth, whilst improving mild to deep wrinkles and skin folds, creating a radiance to your complexion, and improving your skin’s tightness and firmness to give you more youthful-looking skin and a subtle redefinition of your facial contours, such as your cheeks and jawline.
The Skin to Love SculptLift is not just a blend of Thermage and Sculptra technologies; it’s a signature blend of our expertise, artistry, and cutting-edge, clinically proven technology. A personalised experience for those who appreciate the nuances of a gradual transformation resulting in firmer, tighter, smoother skin.
So why combine both Thermage and Sculptra? Simply, the treatments work in synergy with one another and the results are far superior for our clients. Let’s break down the unique benefits of the treatment technology that makes up our Signature Treatment:
Thermage
A non-surgical skin treatment that delivers powerful radiofrequency energy into the deeper layers of your skin via a single-use Thermage treatment tip. This Thermage energy can immediately cause a retraction of your collagen fibres, and therefore some improvement in skin tightness may be noticed immediately, but the real magic happens over the weeks and months following the Thermage treatment as new collagen grows and builds, helping to combat mild to moderate skin sagging or looseness which tends to lead to jowls, a heavier looking lower face and upper neck, and a lack of jawline definition.
Sculptra
A breakthrough in the world of skin treatments, Sculptra is a powerful collagen stimulator that is designed to replenish lost volume in your skin and smooth skin crepiness, wrinkles, and skin folds. Sculptra works by introducing a biocompatible product into the skin called poly-L-lactic acid. Sculptra is administered via injections using a cannular; a technique that allows the treatment to be very comfortable for our clients. Sometimes referred to as the ‘liquid lift’, Sculptra subtly reveals the natural contours of your face, such as your cheeks, by delicately lifting, firming, and tightening your skin gradually as new collagen is stimulated.
Skin to Love SculptLift
Both Thermage and Sculptra promote a natural-looking, long-lasting rejuvenation that gradually unfolds over the weeks and months that follow helping you to look rested, radiant, and redefined. Skin to Love SculptLift is the ultimate choice for those not quite ready for, or who do not wish to have surgical skin treatments. Whilst not a replacement for a traditional facelift, SculptLift can offer significant but natural-looking results; ideal if you have mild to moderate skin looseness, are healthy, and have some remaining collagen, elastin, and underlying facial fat, or if you would like an incredibly powerful preventative skin treatment.
At our Hertfordshire UK-based clinic, we are renowned as experts in non-surgical treatments, such as Sculptra, and for our mastery in Thermage, even have clients referred from Europe and the Middle East to have skin treatments with us. It is this experience which allowed us to curate SculptLift and deliver a fully personalised outcome for you as an individual. The combination of Thermage and Sculptra face treatments over two sessions unveils a natural radiance, restoring your skin and gradually lifting your facial contours, refreshing your appearance- a bespoke, customisable solution for those who desire a longer-term, results-driven approach to skin care.
We understand that everyone’s skin journey is unique which is why will consult with you before deciding upon any skin treatment, including our Signature Treatment. If you’re considering non-surgical facial rejuvenation in Hertfordshire, London, or the surrounding area then the Skin to Love SculptLift may be a good option for you to consider.
Is SculptLift suitable for my age, and will it look natural?
If you’re seeking natural facial enhancement for mature skin or a powerful preventative treatment for ageing skin, the Skin to Love SculptLift may be something that you want to learn more about. It is ideal for men and women in their 40s and beyond.
Our signature treatment, curated by our team of experts has years of knowledge, experience, and ground-breaking, clinically proven technology behind it.
At our Hertfordshire UK-based skin clinic, we specialise in natural-looking results. Daily, we hear from our clients that they just want to look good for their age; this is one of the reasons why we created the Skin to Love SculptLift. It’s ideal for those who want to look like the best version of themselves but still look like them.
What can I expect during the Skin to Love SculptLift treatment process?
First, you will start with a consultation with one of our practitioners. This is such a key aspect of your journey as it will allow you to tell us what you want to achieve and discuss the most suitable skin treatments for your unique requirements; allowing you to fully understand what each treatment discussed entails, such as any recovery time associated with a treatment, and empower you to make an informed decision about your treatment, without any pressure from our practitioners.
If you and your practitioner decide that SculptLift is the right choice for you, you will need to arrange your treatment for a time that suits you. The Skin to Love SculptLift treatment is performed over two sessions, usually about six weeks apart: during your first session you’ll have both the Thermage facial treatment, followed by your first session of Sculptra. You’ll then come back to the clinic to have your second, and final, session of Sculptra approximately six weeks later. Many of our clients notice positive changes between sessions one and two, however, your full SculptLift treatment is complete after the second session, with positive changes building in the six to eight weeks after this, leading up to your full results. This is not a quick-fix solution; it offers a long-term strategy to transforming your skin and improving signs of ageing.
After each session, we always offer a full aftercare service where we are available seven days a week should you have any questions or concerns and offer planned follow-up sessions with your practitioner.
How long do the results of SculptLift last?
The results of Sculptra and Thermage are long-lasting. Treatment results have been clinically shown to last approximately 5 years. The Skin to Love SculptLift will be discussed in full with you during a consultation, including longevity and results. It is important to note that with any type of treatment, results and longevity will vary between individuals with factors such as your unique ability to produce collagen, lifestyle, and metabolism playing a role in your outcome and how long results last.
If you’re considering long-lasting facial rejuvenation in North London, Hertfordshire, or Essex why not come along to our St. Albans skin clinic to discuss your options?
Can the Skin to Love SculptLift address specific facial concerns like sagging skin or wrinkles?
Absolutely. This skin treatment is completely tailored to your requirements, after all, one person may be experiencing more creepiness in their skin, whereas someone else may be more concerned about deep wrinkles or jowls. The SculptLift is an effective treatment for facial sagging and wrinkles without surgical intervention during which your practitioner can directly target your specific areas of concern.
Having a consultation will be the best way for you to discover if the Skin to Love SculptLift treatment is going to be the best choice for your specific concern(s) and all appropriate treatments will be discussed with you. Contact us should you be interested in having a consultation at our Hertfordshire-based skin clinic.

How many sessions of Skin to Love SculptLift will I need to see results?
Our signature treatment is a gradual facial enhancement process taken over two sessions, approximately six weeks apart. After this final session, you will see your full results in the weeks that follow, but we would expect you to appreciate some positive changes to your skin as your results gradually build between the two sessions and after your final, second session.
Results can last approximately 5 years, although the longevity of results will vary from person to person, at which time you may like to repeat the Skin to Love SculptLift; although some may decide to have further treatments before this.
Can I combine SculptLift with other treatments?
There’s no reason why not. Our signature SculptLift skin treatment is a comprehensive rejuvenation option, but it does not address everything (otherwise we’d only offer this treatment in our clinic). For example, it does not address the loss of volume in your facial fat pads and, although Sculptra is fantastic for volumising your skin, you and your practitioner may decide that you would benefit from dermal filler treatment to address fat loss. A comprehensive plan will be discussed during your consultation and any additional concerns could be discussed at your follow-up session once we assess the results you’ve achieved with the SculptLift.
HIFU vs SculptLift: which is better?
That’s difficult to answer as there will be some people better suited to HIFU and some better suited to SculptLift. At our Hertfordshire aesthetic clinic, we offer the HIFU treatment as well as our signature SculptLift. A consultation should help you better understand which treatment option is better suited to you and your unique needs.
HIFU is most comparable to the Thermage aspect of our SculptLift treatment in that it uses energy to heat the skin to cause the skin to tighten. Thermage only requires a single treatment, however HIFU usually requires a course of approximately 3 sessions. Although HIFU is usually cheaper than Thermage per session, as most people require multiple sessions of HIFU there is less of a difference in price in the long run.
HIFU does not include the Sculptra aspect of the SculptLift treatment. The addition of Sculptra used in combination with Thermage is very complementary and, in our extensive experience, offers superior results than just using each technology alone.
Is there a specific aftercare routine or products recommended post-SculptLift?
Yes, this will be discussed with you at your appointment however, you may like to know that you’ll be required to give your skin a gentle massage for a few days following your SculptLift treatment, as directed by your practitioner.
Skincare products should be chosen with the direction of your skincare practitioner however, for optimal post-treatment skincare for lasting results (for ANY treatment), wearing a daily SPF is vital. The sun is one of the biggest external factors influencing how quickly your skin ages, as it breaks down your collagen. Therefore, if you’re going to invest in skin treatment, ensure that you get into the habit of using a facial sun cream daily to protect your existing collagen and give the newly stimulated collagen the best environment to grow.
