SuneKos 200 is ideal for treating early signs of ageing and used in combination with SuneKos 1200 is perfect for advanced ageing skin which may be experiencing deeper wrinkles or volume loss. Designed as a 4- part treatment with 7-10 days between sessions, best results are seen after the fourth treatment, but improvement can be observed after the first session. The results will last up to 6 months after which time the treatment will gradually wear off.

Does it Hurt?

We are always asked by our patients whether a treatment will hurt. It’s a natural enough question, so we always ask patients who experience treatments at the Clinic for their feedback. In the case of SuneKos, it is described as mild to tolerable with the skin feeling warm after the injection. We are always happy to offer a local anaesthetic cream prior to treatment if a patient is concerned about the procedure and their own pain threshold. The beauty of SuneKos is that the treated area recovers within a few hours, as with any injectable procedure there is a chance that there may be some mild swelling and bruising.
