How to firm, strengthen and hydrate ageing skin

Introducing SuneKos and its special blend of amino acids and hyaluronic acid.

Longing to restore youth to your skin and tweak the inevitable signs of ageing? Then look no further than SuneKos, the Skin to Love Clinic’s latest addition to its impressive portfolio of aesthetic treatments. The award-winning SuneKos, it rightly picked up the Safety in Beauty Innovation and Pioneering award in 2019, is a new injectable treatment with a rather special formula which blends amino acids and Hyaluronic acid (HA).

Unlike some fillers and Botox, which literally ‘fill in’ lines and wrinkles the magic of SuneKos is that it firms, strengthens and deeply hydrates and that’s all down to the unique fusion of amino acids, the proteins which firm, smooth and strengthen and HA which deeply hydrates the skin. This dynamic duo not only volumises and thus reduces the appearance of wrinkles but also has a beneficial effect on elastin and collagen.

SuneKos can be used to treat the neck and face if you are experiencing a loss of volume or elasticity, wrinkles, lines or crepey skin and is safe to use around the eyes. SuneKos comes in 2 types. SuneKos 200 is ideal for treating early signs of ageing and used in combination with SuneKos 1200 is perfect for advanced ageing skin which may be experiencing deeper wrinkles or volume loss. Designed as a 4- part treatment with 7-10 days between sessions, best results are seen after the fourth treatment, but improvement can be observed after the first session. The results will last up to 6 months after which time the treatment will gradually wear off.

We are always asked by our patients whether a treatment will hurt. It’s a natural enough question, so we always ask patients who experience treatments at the Clinic for their feedback. In the case of SuneKos, it is described as mild to tolerable with the skin feeling warm after the injection. We are always happy to offer a local anaesthetic cream prior to treatment if a patient is concerned about the procedure and their own pain threshold. The beauty of SuneKos is that the treated area recovers within a few hours, as with any injectable procedure there is a chance that there may be some mild swelling and bruising.

This is what on client had to say about her SuneKos treatment:

“I visited the Skin to Love Clinic today for my fourth and final treatment of Sunekos. The results have exceeded my expectations. My skin is plumper and lines are definitely diminished. I look younger, healthier and I’m definitely happier. As always the experience was second to none from the moment you walk through the front door, from the receptionist to all the clinicians, who make you feel welcome and comfortable with their warmth and friendliness whilst still maintaining their professionalism, instilling the confidence needed when embarking on cosmetic treatments. Thank you to all the team! I can’t recommend this clinic enough.” – Rita

At The Skin to Love Clinic the SuneKos procedure is only performed by medical practitioners and patients are required to have a consultation prior to treatment If you would like to discuss SuneKos and how it could help restore a youthful and natural appearance to your skin then to please contact the team at the Skin to Love Clinic on 01727 837429.
