Our vouchers hold a value rather than a named treatment, so there’s no need for you to guess what the recipient will want. Instead, they’ll sit down with one of our practitioners, talk through what they’d like, receive expert guidance and leave with a plan made just for them.

Every treatment begins with a consultation, so whoever uses the voucher is guided towards what’s right for them, not whatever happens to be trending. That might be a HydraFacial, a course of Profhilo, laser hair removal, or simply advice on a concern they’ve been meaning to ask about for a while.
If the recipient is already one of our patients, their voucher can go straight towards their regular appointments, with a team who already know and care for them.
They'll be listened to, and their treatment will be built around their needs and goals. That’s how we look after everyone who visits: honest, personalised advice, and never a recommendation driven by commission (that’s not how we work).
Your Gift Voucher Questions, Answered
You can use it towards treatments, skincare products, consultation fees, and booking deposits. Vouchers are redeemed in person at our clinic on Chequer Street, St. Albans, and can’t be used towards active treatment subscriptions.
Yes. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and any remaining balance can’t be used after that expiry date.
Vouchers are issued by value only and can be put towards any treatment that’s right for the recipient. Any treatment that the recipient hasn’t had with us before begins with a consultation so our practitioners can recommend what's clinically suitable. If a particular treatment isn’t suitable, we’ll suggest alternatives that are, and the voucher can go towards these or recommended products.
Any difference is paid at the clinic. If the treatment costs less, the remaining balance stays on the voucher until it’s used or expires.
Not always, as our practitioners will only perform treatments that are clinically right for the person using it. If something isn't suitable, the voucher can be used towards another treatment or our skincare products instead.
Yes. A voucher can be given to anyone, and the recipient can use it on the same terms as the original buyer. Many of our patients ask friends and family for a Skin to Love voucher as a gift.
Your voucher is emailed either to you or straight to the person you’re buying it for, whichever you prefer. Online, you can choose at checkout. If you buy by phone or in the clinic, just let us know who the voucher is for and where you’d like it sent. Please double check the email address before completing payment.
Yes. Each online purchase is for one voucher, so for a larger amount you’ll need to buy additional vouchers, one after the other, until you reach the total you’d like. Alternatively, call us and we can set up a single higher-value voucher for you over the phone or in person at the clinic.
Yes, the person who bought the voucher can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as no part of the voucher has been used. After that, vouchers can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Anyone can buy a voucher. Some treatments and services are only available to those aged 18 and over, which may affect how the voucher can be used.
Vouchers can be used towards a treatment subscription at the point of set-up, but not once the subscription is active, including any monthly payments.

Our £30 voucher covers most of our consultations, so it’s a lovely way to give someone new to us their first appointment. Our £50 and £100 vouchers naturally go further, towards a treatment, skincare or something they’ve had their eye on for a while.
