Is HydraFacial For Men?
Yes. Men can have all the different types of HydraFacial and tailor it entirely to their needs in the same way that women can. Men can have HydraFacial for their face, body (back is a popular area), and there is a specialist scalp treatment called HydraFacial Keravive that both men and women who want to boost their scalp and hair health to support hair growth and promote the appearance of thicker, fuller-looking, healthier hair.
HydraFacial is a great treatment option if you want to step up your skincare game.
Who Needs HydraFacial Treatment
It’s probably easier to answer ‘who doesn’t need HydraFacial. HydraFacial can help tackle skin congestion, some types of acne, an uneven skin tone, poor skin texture, a loss of firmness and elasticity, wrinkles and fine lines, skin dehydration, and skin dullness.
It’s the ideal treatment to have in the lead up to a big event and the perfect 4-to-6 weekly facial to keep you looking your best.
What HydraFacial Does For Your Skin Tone
Although it uses the term ‘facial’, HydraFacial is so much more than your traditional facial. It’s a completely non-invasive facial that is performed via a device rather than just by hand; this supercharges your facial, resulting in deeper and longer-lasting skincare results.
The HydraFacial device uses a wand which gently vacuums away build up in your pores, extracts blackheads, and removes dead skin cells. The treatment wand also allows the skincare ingredients to be effectively and deeply delivered into your skin for powerful results.
You can learn more about each step of our HydraFacial treatments here.
Are HydraFacial Results Immediate?
Yes, you will see for yourself immediately after the treatment the vial that’s captured all the liquid and products used during your HydraFacial treatment; within it, you’ll see dead skin, blackheads, and other debris that has been removed from your skin. We call this The Gunkie and, if you’re that way inclined (and we are), it’s quite satisfying to see.
As your skin will have been gently but effectively exfoliated, your skin should immediately feel softer and smoother and look brighter.
Do Men Need to Shave Before a Hydrafacial?
We would encourage you to shave the night before your HydraFacial treatment, if possible, to allow any minor irritation from the razor to subside. Having some stubble in the area will not impact your treatment.
